About IP MARKETPLACE
The IP Marketplace website is managed and operated under the responsibility of the Moroccan office of industrial and commercial property OMPIC.
The IP Marketplace is a platform for commercialization, technology transfer and the development of collaborative innovation. The IP Marketplace is intended in particular for companies, universities, individual inventors and aims to contribute to the development and commercialization of inventions in order to bring out a patent market in Morocco for a better match between market needs. and existing patents.
These terms and conditions are concluded for an indefinite period from the use of the IP MARKETPLACE by the user.
Terms of use
OMPIC owns the copyright and all other intellectual property rights to all text, graphics, videos, information, designs, data and other content on the IP MARKETPLACE published by OMPIC. However, OMPIC do not claim ownership of the documents provided or published, entered on the IP MARKETPLACE by users.
Although you may browse or print the content for personal, non-commercial use, you must obtain prior written permission from OMPIC if you wish to use, copy or reproduce any part of the IP MARKETPLACE for any other purpose.

Materials provided or posted, uploaded, entered on the IP MARKETPLACE may include, but are not limited to, text, images, photographs, video, audio, graphics, software programs and links ("Content") and may be protected by copyright, trademark and other forms of intellectual property rights.
By posting, uploading, inputting, providing or submitting your Submission, you warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your Submission as described in this section, including, without limitation, all rights necessary to provide, post , upload, enter or submit submissions.
OMPIC do not claim ownership of the documents provided or published, downloaded, entered on the IP MARKETPLACE. However, by posting, uploading, entering, providing or submitting your Submission, you grant OMPIC permission to use your Submission for the purposes of the IP MARKETPLACE, including, without limitation, the rights to: copy , distribute, transmit, publicly display, reproduce, modify, translate and reformat your Submission; and publish the name of your organization in connection with your submission.
OMPIC may remove any submission that does not comply with these terms and conditions at any time from the IP MARKETPLACE.
PERMISSION TO ACCESS
OMPIC reserves all rights to deny or restrict access to the IP MARKETPLACE website to any particular person, or to block access from a particular Internet address to this website, to any time, without giving any reason whatsoever.
Use of the site
The User agrees to use the IP MARKETPLACE website for its purpose only, to the exclusion of any other purpose.
The User is responsible for ensuring that all the information he communicates is accurate and up-to-date.
The User undertakes to use the IP MARKETPLACE website in good faith and to comply with the legislation in force, and in particular to refrain from:

- use the IP MARKETPLACE website for sending spam, unsolicited, pyramid or similar or fraudulent process;
- circumvent the technical devices for protecting documents and multimedia elements;
- undertake any action that may have the effect of disrupting the proper functioning of the IP MARKETPLACE website, including the use of computer worms, viruses, software bombs or the mass mailing; attempt to breach unauthorized access to any part of the Site or equipment used in the operation of the Site;
- use a false name, pseudonym, or impersonate another person or entity;
- use the IP MARKETPLACE website for purposes other than those provided for in these terms and conditions.
The user who publishes an offer and/or a technological need on the IP MARKETPLACE has a right of erasure only if his offer and/or need has not been the subject of a contract concluded on the IP MARKETPLACE. OMPIC through the IP MARKETPLACE reserves the right to keep any information published by the user on the IP MARKETPLACE for the purposes of traceability and reporting on the IP MARKETPLACE.
In the event that the user wishes to delete his offer and/or technological need from the IP MARKETPLACE, the time limit for processing the deletion request is 30 days from the date of sending the deletion request. It is important to note that the user in his deletion request must mention the reason for deleting his publication.
Communications between users of the IP MARKETPLACE must be made through the communication tools made available by the IP MARKETPLACE. OMPIC is not held responsible for any act of fraud due to the communication of sensitive information outside the IP MARKETPLACE.
LINKS FROM THE IP MARKETPLACE WEBSITE TO OTHER WEBSITES
The IP MARKETPLACE website contains hyperlinks to websites that are not managed by OMPIC.
