About the platform

IP MARKETPLACE is an initiative of the Moroccan Office of Industrial and Commercial Property (OMPIC), which brings together innovation actors on the national scale in an online marketplace offering several opportunities, including Commercialization or Licensing of patents, Solving industrial technical challenges and Investing in innovative projects free of exploitation.

It is an online platform that makes it possible to expose technological offers and needs, to present business opportunities in innovation and to list R&D actors in Morocco in an interactive space stimulating collaboration between different parties. for different needs:

Commercialization or Patent Licensing

The IP MARKETPLACE is a tool allowing investors, entrepreneurs and start-ups to discover the patents held by innovation actors in Morocco and to take advantage of their research and innovations. It constitutes a space for the commercialization or licensing of invention patents and their exploitation through technology transfer and thus brings together those who have technologies and want to make them available for licensing and those who have an interest and ability to market them.

Solving industrial technical challenges

This platform also aims to connect companies looking for technical solutions with research structures (Universities, innovation centers, etc.) for a better match between market needs and research and development.
